Howdy!
We have done ALOT the past few days! The movers came on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. They packed up our stuff and shipped it off to Cali. Luckily, our neighbor Beth let me hang out with her on Friday! I felt like I was in the way! We moved into the base hotel on Friday night. It's pretty nice. My only complaint: I have to share a full (possibly a twin bed) with Jeremy! Um, hello! He is 6'6, Im 5'10 we are not small ppl! Besides not being able to lay in any position but our sides, Jeremy's feet hang off the bed. Poor thing! Anyways! We only have two more nights. Then we get to visit a new hotel in Cali. Hopefully, one with bigger beds!
We had a good weekend. We went out with our friends Jake and Amy to Boston's and went bowling. We had a blast. On sunday, we cleaned out the trash and rugs from the old house. Took nails out of the walls...etc. It still took us four hours plus J had to shovel the drive way. He is not going to miss that! Then we watched a few episodes of season 3 of The Office. Funny stuff. We have been keeping busy. Today is our "relax" day. Tommorrow will be filled with a doctor appointment, house inspection, laundry and doggy baths. Then WEDNESDAY will finally be here. We will pack up the cars and head to warmer weather. Something both of us are looking forward to. Well I am off to get a smoothie!
